Luca de Maria

Luca de Maria is a member of the Paris Bar. He has a DESS (Master’s degree) in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution from the Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II). He is a partner at PMG. His 12 years’ experience, of which 10 were as an avoué to the Paris Court of Appeal, have allowed him to build a solid and thorough knowledge of appeal mechanisms and the case law developed by that jurisdiction.

Furthermore, as a graduate associate avoué, he acquired excellent mastery of civil procedure and developed a detailed knowledge of the workings of the Paris Court of Appeal. He teaches civil procedure and civil enforcement proceedings at the Faculty of Law of the University of Sceaux (Paris XI). He is a member of CFA-40 and of Paris, the home of international arbitration.

He works in French, English and Italian.

Florence Guerre

Florence Guerre is a member of the Paris Bar. She is a partner at PMG. After studies in private law (majoring in judicial careers) at the Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II), she obtained a DEA (Master’s degree) in contract law at the University of Sceaux (Paris XI). She has a doctorate from the University of Sceaux (Paris XI), a PhD which is strongly influenced by civil procedure and enforcement procedures.

This specific interest in both civil procedure and civil enforcement procedures, subjects which she teaches at the University of Sceaux (Paris XI), is based on 10 years of professional experience, 8 of which were with a firm of avoués to the Paris Court of Appeal.

She works in French and in English.
